Originally introduced in 2015, the Moto bar has been in production ever since and is still one of the sweetest, trail friendly alt bars on the market. Inspired by the cut and shape of the original MX and Enduro bars, i firmly believe these have a magic combo of comfort and shredability that will transform any bike. Use them once and there’s no going back to regular bars. The wide clamp area is designed to simplify the use of front bags and rolls, as well as providing plenty of real estate for GPS, lights etc.
At the time i designed these, they were pretty much the only swept riser on the market, how times change! 17 degrees is a sweet spot for those riders that don’t want to go too extreme. The comfort advantage is huge over a traditional 9 degree bar and yet no off-road control is lost in the mix. You won’t need a longer stem either, these are designed to change your wrist position and don’t shorten the cockpit. Out of all my bars these are the ones that will work best with ‘regular’ bikes, be that full suspension trail bikes, long-forked hardtails, fatbikes or bikepacking steeds. I’ve also seen these being used on a lot of Enduro bikes in recent years where the extra comfort and control makes a huge difference.
