‘Thanks Chuck,’ I replied, ‘Didn’t know you were into your cycling.’
‘Hell yeah!’ he replied, ‘I’m 85 years old but i still know a rocking bike when i see one. How much does it weigh?’
‘Oh i dunno, about 3 or 4 lbs less than the steel one, but i have no idea how much that one weighs, so its a moot point.’
‘How does it ride?’
‘Amazingly. Feels fast. In fact, it really rips. I reckon it’d really suit an ageing B movie action hero from the 70s. Want one!’
‘Hell yeah, sign me up.’
